Whether monetary donations, volunteer work, or contributions to our blessing box, our ability to provide the best care to patients is possible because of generous donations and contributions of time, talent, and treasure from our friends and the community.

Donations to the Salvus Center help fund medical procedures, prescription assistance, general primary care, and surgeries for patients.
Your donation to Salvus Center will help to support routine and extended medical procedures for the working uninsured patients we help in Sumner County, TN. Each donation received helps to provide everything from prescription assistance to routine checkups, and hospitalization.
You can choose to donate once or set up a recurring donation.

What is a Blessing Box?
A Blessing Box is a small box where people leave donated goods for others to pick-up anonymously.
Salvus Center is honored to have been given the gift of a Blessing Box when Merrol Hyde Student, Grace Riley, chose to gift our community with one as a part of her Girl Scout Gold Award project in 2019.
Our team fills the box with items listed as a Blessing to community members who need it most.
All items noted below in our In-kind Donations Policy can be dropped off at:

There are a variety of volunteer opportunities at Salvus Center that you can explore and choose the opportunity that best suits you.
Explore below for an opportunity that suits you best.
Health and wellness is fundamental to good health. Nutrition is the first step to success. Participation in the gardening activities helps us to educate patients and improve their wellbeing through distribution of fresh vegetables. Through these actions we close the gap on food poverty, especially for our rural and homebound patients.
Fundraising isn’t just about collecting money; it also requires effectively communicating why the donations are needed. If you have good communication skills, or want to improve in that area, then volunteering for a position that involves fundraising might be a good fit for you.
Our local churches have played an integral role in supporting Salvus Center for years. From addressing envelopes and mailing newsletters, to creating fundraising events, we have been blessed by the outreach and support of our church community.
